AIM Congress Srl  - AIM International Group  has been appointed as the official Agency  to act as an  intermediary with  AIFA, in accordance with Legislative Decree 219/06 – art. 124.
 
Please notice  the deadline that allows you to be accepted and included  in AIFA pre-request is  Monday, 25 March 2013.

IN ORDER TO SPONSOR MEDICAL CONGRESSES IN ITALY Requesting  the AIFA Authorization is mandatory if your company sells, commercializes and promotes drugs/medicines.

If your company  has  already  been  registered in Italy and has a SIS Code,  the SIS Code is enough to submit AIFA re-request, so please send it to us not later than Monday, 25 March 2013.
Then you will receive from AIFA an e-mail of confirmation.
The  following  day,  AIM Congress will send you a code together with the program, and you will be able to finalize the procedure and submit the request online for the authorisation of AIFA. (http://nsis.sanita.it).

Deadline for completing  your request for authorisation online is 60 days prior to the starting date of the congress. 
 
If  your Company  does not  have a SIS Code (because the company  has not  been registered in Italy  yet ) you must send by carrier WITHIN AND NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 22 MARCH the following original documents  to:

- DATA FORM filled in and signed by legal representative of the Company
- COPY OF PASSPORT of legal representative of the Company
- COPY OF PAYMENT of the tax due to AIFA and due to HEALTH MINISTRY if the sponsorship amount exceeds Euro 25.822,84 (see General Guidelines – Tax Payment)
